Kor Move is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to recover the package once it has shipped.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
